Jenny Refined currently ships within the United States.

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, holidays, severe weather, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking activity may take additional time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact hello@jennyrefined.com immediately. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not been processed, but changes are not guaranteed.

Jenny Refined is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

If your tracking shows an issue, contact us and we will help you review the shipment with the carrier.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the item is sent again.

If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@jennyrefined.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The item
  • The external packaging
  • The internal packaging
  • The shipping label

Keep the item and packaging until we complete our review.
